Browse Forums Renovation + Home Improvement 1 Feb 17, 2012 7:09 am Hi there, Just wondering whether anybody has purchased anything from this Internet company before? I can't find any reviews about them (product review etc) and am looking to spend a significant amount of money with them so just wanted to check they are a bona fide company (no contact details on website and only a 1300 number) Any feedback would be gratefully received - thanks! http://Www.ezyonlinebathroomsandkitchens.com.au Build Thread: https://forum.homeone.com.au/viewtopic.php?f=31&t=43846 Re: Anyone bought from www.ezyonlinebathroomsandkitchens.com 2Feb 18, 2012 2:51 pm Call me old fashioned but I like to actually see what Im buying in a showroom display Arfur Re: Anyone bought from www.ezyonlinebathroomsandkitchens.com 3Feb 18, 2012 7:17 pm I can't comment on that company in particular but just a thought: Are you shopping with them because they have the best prices? A good idea is to print out the prices that you are going to pay for all the items that you want and take it to a local bathroom shop. The local shops will generally match or better prices and you will have the benefit of a local shop to deal with and save on postage/freight. Re: Anyone bought from www.ezyonlinebathroomsandkitchens.com 4Feb 23, 2012 4:55 pm Hey rocketship! Thanks for advice, however I can't find any accessories that I like elsewhere! I think I'm just going to go for it - a couple of heated towel rails and a few sets of accessories. Pay on the card so hopefully were cover if anything is d*dgy and freight is only coming in at $35, so not too bad. Re: Anyone bought from www.ezyonlinebathroomsandkitchens.com 6Feb 23, 2012 7:06 pm I purchased a two-pac, granite top bathroom vanity from them. I purchased it there because even with shipping it was about half the price being charged in any Canberra retailer (from memory about $750 v $1500). I called them and ordered over the phone rather than directly through the website (I like you wanted to get a feeling for how legit they might be). The freight company smashed the granite top on the first vanity sent to us. No big deal, the shop dealt with the freight company and immediately sent us another one. The replacement was a slightly different kind of granite (both black but different speckles) and they did go out of their way to point that out to us and ask us if we were happy with the different top before they sent it (we were) otherwise they would have gotten another one in. I'd very happily buy from them again. I'm the queen of Internet shopping so usually not worried, but as I couldn't find their name on any other websites I was wondering. Have already spoken to them on the phone and now just need to finalise order with them. Thanks everyone! Just saw this on them which is reassuring. They have been great to deal with so far. http://www.startupsmart.com.au/startups ... ments.html Build Thread: https://forum.homeone.com.au/viewtopic.php?f=31&t=43846 Re: Anyone bought from www.ezyonlinebathroomsandkitchens.com 9May 01, 2012 1:00 pm Edited by thread owner Build Thread: https://forum.homeone.com.au/viewtopic.php?f=31&t=43846 Re: Anyone bought from www.ezyonlinebathroomsandkitchens.com 10May 01, 2012 1:11 pm Oh that's not good ... hope you get what you paid for ... Quality of goods seems great, very happy with them. Unfortunately one wrong item which needs returning (mistake on their part, could happen to anyone I suppose). Lets just hope the return and new delivery runs smoothly. Build Thread: https://forum.homeone.com.au/viewtopic.php?f=31&t=43846 Wish you all the best.
