Wanting to do a lot of the work myself, so am definitly going to have to do my owner builders course, and get some mates who are licensed to do all the things that require trades, but am hoping to get the whole extension done for under $70k... Just wondering about getting roof trusses and wall frames pre-made, so i'm wondering who people in Northern QLD have used. Hoping some help can be had from this post, will aim to try and post up the stages when things actually happen too!! Our frames came as part of a kit but you might want to look into superior steel systems Over this way if you pike steel. Not sure on timber framers though.
