We have underfloor access, so should be a matter of disconnecting, drilling a hole and then moving. Is it that simple or are one or other of these difficult to do? Usually there isnt much slack left in these type of cables so unless the rooms you are moving them to are closer to the point at which they come in you will have to run new cableing. You could splice new lengths but that far from ideal, its best to run a whole new cable. Youtube would have some tutorials and most hardware stores have all the bits and tools you would need.
