Hi
I am looking at moving our current house from the front of our block to the back. I have a rough idea of all the costs apart from what it will cost to get the utiliites like water,sewage, power and gas hooked up. Does any one know a ball park figure of what all this will cost? Has any one done anything similar ? I would love to know if there are any unexpected costs i might come up against .
Any info will be greatly appreciated,
