The David Trubridge website allows you to upload your photos - you should definately upload that shot. thanks will do, will take some more tonight because the room is more cleaned up now. rocketship What sort of globe does it have in it? It's hard to tell but did you go for a colour or is it no colour inside?? Its a VERY standard incandesant globe. we plan to go for one of these or similar Like ⋅ Add a comment ⋅ Pin to Ideaboard ⋅ The fluro globes just dont give the same effect, Trubridge encourages you to put in an eco friendly bulb.. but they really dont work in this light. It wont be on that much so hopefully the enviroment can cut us a break on this one lol. As for the colour its black inside and out, but you can still see the wood grain. Your home looks amazing and I hope by now you are loving it senseless and thinking all the hassle was worth it (did the builder get his final payment????). "Planet can kiss my arse" . Funniest thing I've read on here, EVER. Re: The 60 thousand dollar step 96Feb 09, 2012 4:07 pm sceen7 and the bathroom..... wait till you see whats going on in there. Hi - I think you "owe" us some pictures ... Re: The 60 thousand dollar step 97Feb 10, 2012 8:51 am Yes I will get to some pics soon, was waiting for some final finishes to get done on the inside. As for the builder, things have gone very much awry there. It all boils down to a few minor but very clear contractual obligations that they tried to get out of. Cant say to much but its astonishing how they let it get to this when the fix is sooo simple. Just one example ...is this a 'completed' installed rangehood Like ⋅ Add a comment ⋅ Pin to Ideaboard ⋅ yep thats how it was left ..at step 4 of a 32 step process...thanks to our cabinet maker we managed to get it done Like ⋅ Add a comment ⋅ Pin to Ideaboard ⋅ more positive photos soon I promise Re: The 60 thousand dollar step 98Feb 11, 2012 4:35 pm If you were going for the "wow" factor, I think you just may have succeeded. Love the clerestory windows (that, along with the bi folds, will be a godsend in winter) Love the polished concrete floor Love your kitchen with its trippy black sink And the coup de grace would have to be that kick-ass light you have over the dining table. What a light show it gives! You guys must be so stoked with the end result - guess that makes all those "hiccups" along the way that much more easy to bear. Looking forward to seeing more pics. Congrats "Whoever says sunshine brings happiness has never danced in the rain!" the step up is 30mm and wanting it to be flat . how much does the concrete have to be lowered .we plan on removing bath and lenghten shower and adding seat. the old bath… 0 11838 Do I need to concern about this pattern of crack? Is this crack showing some signs of bigger problems? Thanks for any suggestions! 1 1919 Take a pick with a level sittingo n the slab and a pick with a level sitting on the sill please.
