Most of it is cosmetic ie updating decor, bathrooms etc. However the two main structural things that would need to be done are: A) Convert current 2 car garage into a 3 car garage (Brick/ Colorbond )- required for storage as colorbond or additional sheds are not allowed under the restrictive covenants. B) Remove fibreglass swimming pool. Currently takes up the whole of the small yard. We need some backyard and room for an alfresco area ( none at the moment) as we have small children and they need some space out back for playing. Has anybody had any experience with either on these two and could they give me a ballpark cost.
