Landscaping and interior design combined..who!?

We have a 4 bedroom house built in the 80s but kept reasonable current, however the whole outdoor area (back and front) is in bad need of a redesign and update. We think it would be unwise to tackle the landscaping in isolation without getting help with how the house flows into the outdoor spaces. There are examples of poor lighting in the house and I think its important to least investigate a design that tackles both.......however!.....
I'm not sure who to look for to help with this!? I've researched landscapers and landscape designers but they can't help with the interior aspects. Equally an interior designer is specific to that part of the home!
I'm in Melbourne bayside. Can anyone recommend a group or individual who does this? Or at least the type of profession I should seek to engage!? At this stage I'm looking for help with a good plan. It's not essential that the same group can do the actual labour.

I’ve had a similar challenge with my place, and what worked for me was hiring a design consultant who does both interior and exterior work. They really helped with making sure the indoor and outdoor areas flowed together nicely. In Melbourne, you might find some firms or individuals who specialize in this kind of holistic design approach. They can create a solid plan and also point you to the right people for the actual work.
