I like the structure and interior layout but it needs a lot of work. So my questions are this: 1. To assure the integrity of the structure, what work and inspections would need to be done? Who would i need to hire for these works? 2. What activities can be DIY. My father in law has quiet a bit of experience in flooring and painting. Hes also an electrician and is keen to help us. 3.
