Hi All,

We are considering buying a 1970s house with the following floorplan. We have limited money so can only remodel within the existing house rather than extend.

We are considering making the following changes:

1. convert lounge and dining are into two bedrooms

2. Extend the master ensure and create a WIR using some of the space from the small bedroom

3.converting laundry into family bathroom

... but cannot figure our where to place the kitchen.

Any ideas would be greatly appreciated.

Looks like a good solid house, a rough suggestion if you are still interested., 3 bedrooms 2 bathrooms downstairs with another good sized attic room with bathroom. Because there is a pool i would try to open up to that. Like ⋅ Add a comment ⋅ Pin to Ideaboard ⋅
