Browse Forums Renovation + Home Improvement 1 Jun 01, 2022 1:29 pm Hi Hoping someone can provide me some advice. We are looking to purchase a house in NSW, building inspection pending. The house had visible cracks to most cornices. No cracks to the outside of the house. Some internal brick walls had cracks and wondering if they look like structural issues or common. House is 40-50 years old. Thanks! Any advice appreciated. Also if we were to encounter structural issues could someone advice on rough price. Is it something that’s in tens of thousands or hundreds of thousands?
