Hi im about to get my asbestos roof and ceilings removed and replaced with trimdeck ( thru insurance)
My fascias are rotten and when I asked do they replace them they said no. I asked for private quote as rather it all done and he couldn't.
I'm about to look into, would I replace with wood or can I change to metal colorbond? What would last longer? And price variance house is 20x10m with a very slight pitched roof

You should pressure clean your roof first and make sure the paint you buy also is anti mould.
