Has anyone done this before?
When we purchased our house all the interior walls were a horrible yellow colour but they went well with the dark cream coloured window frames.
We have just had the house pained to lexicon quarter and now the window frames look hideous. I'd love to paint them white but must admit I'm a little scared!
Seems like a big job, I can't afford to have it done by a professional.
I thought I could start small in the ensuite which has a very small window and see how it goes.
I'm assuming I just need to tape it all up and use a light sandpaper, then primer and then a topcoat all in spray cans?
I'm also assuming a gloss would be better than a matt so that it is easier to keep clean?
I wouldn't be doing the outside, only the inside, would this look stupid? You can't really see the outside part of the window from inside and vice versa. The reason for not doing outside is that our house is sandstone coloured brick and the frames go well with the exterior colour, just not the inside.
Any and all advise welcome.
