Earlier today I started to peel away the render on my inside brick walls (Sydney Terrace). I came across this weird green-colored film on the plaster/bricks. Is this normal?

On the inside it is called plaster, not render…and that green "film" just looks like old paint to me.

Hi, just discovered all these junks left behind under the floor. Could any of these be asbestos? Best to leave as it is or clean up? Thank you for your thoughts
