Renovation + Home Improvement

Currently hunting for my first property on the Gold Coast. I am aiming for properties less than 20 years old.
The first thing I will want to do after purchasing my home is to install a zoned ducted air conditioning system. I know that it's a sizeable financial commitment and and that a split system is generally a cheaper option, but I just have my heart set on the ducted systems.
It has come to my attention that not all houses are built to support all types of air conditioning. How can I reasonably be sure that a zoned ducted air conditioning system can be installed in a certain property that I am considering to purchase?

as long as you have a pitched roof, ducted ac can be fitted, not including raked ceilings
3 phase power already to house would cut down install costs
evaporative cooling already fitted would increase costs
