The first thing I will want to do after purchasing my home is to install a zoned ducted air conditioning system. I know that it's a sizeable financial commitment and and that a split system is generally a cheaper option, but I just have my heart set on the ducted systems. It has come to my attention that not all houses are built to support all types of air conditioning.
