What should I be looking out for in the contract? We don't have a lot of detail yet because we are working to get this in before the end of year deadline for a govt. grant. We know our minimum spend (required to get the grant) and anticipate it going up a bit next year when we have a detailed budget. The builder knows we can't go up by much.
