Hi All
I am having a tough time finding a small builder / renovator for a project of mine at my property in Sydney Hills District.
I am looking to take down one of the interior walls and extend a bed room and add in a wardrobe. I have had builders come in , have a look and haven’t really bothered to quote me for the job . So far only one builder has casually quoted a $$ figure in the 10k range for such a job.
Are there any small builders / renovators this forum will recommend ?
