Painting colourbond sheets

Gday, im after advice on how to prepare and paint external colourbond roof and wall sheets. Its trimdek profile. Sheets are old (20 plus years) but in good condition. No rust, but there is chalking on the sheets.
I was thinking to sugar soap wash and then use a spray gun with a dulux external paint.

I spray painted my light green colourbond fence dark grey and the results still look great after 2 years.
I used a Wagner W100 and Dulux weathershield.
I first pressure sprayed the fence, then scrubbed it with a scotch brite pad and a bucket of sugar soap. Then pressure sprayed the soap off.
I diluted the paint 10% and did 2 coats, I practiced a bit on cardboard to get the hang of it. I did not use a primer, if I recall correctly Dulux recommended that you do but others have said if the fence is old enough it should adhere fine.
Just be aware, the paint can scratch off, there are bush turkeys around that jumping on and off the a portion of the fence that have scratch the top, or anything like a falling branch or rock hitting it can remove paint. Can't see it from a distance though.
