Browse Forums Renovation + Home Improvement 1 Nov 06, 2022 8:50 pm I'm looking at a property which has several instances of cracking around the external walls of the property (brick) which are also translating internally with cracking around all the cornices and near the architraves of doors and near windows with hairline cracks. The property is on concrete stumps. Should I be concerned or is this normal part of soil movement?
