To fit my 4WD I will need to knock this down and build a new garage. The block slopes up from ROW to street so I would probably make level by excavating to about 300mm. I want to use recycled bricks as the finish. The garage will end up being about 4.5 x 8.5m. Has anyone done something similar or have any idea on cost for this? Thanks. They had it priced at ~$12k to owner build. It required a freestanding brick wall rendered over with a cliplok roof. The garage is 12m x 4.5m but at the back of the garage it opens up to 6m wide.
