What are you meant to do when that happens? Go home and stop the intruder or call the police, but then it may be a false alarm? Im just a little bit confused! I got a call from the system not long after I moved in, however I was on the other side of the country. At the time I had no neighbors so I had no idea what to do. If you call the police they won't do anything after all they are not, contrary to belief a public security company. In the end I had to get my sister to go after work to have a look only to find it was a false alarm. Suffice to say when I got home I re-programmed it to remove the call me feature and now I just use the alarm as a deterrent.
