Browse Forums Safer Living 1 Dec 05, 2009 5:25 pm Hello, Was snooping around our site today and found a manual and a box indicating that a Ness D8x or D16x alarm system has been installed in the house. Can anyone tell me how good it is or isnt, upgradability? and functions. I have noticed there is three sensors, a screamer, flasher and LED control panel, I am also of the belief it comes with two radio keys that also open the garage door, arm and disarm and panic. Any help would be appreciated Re: Ness D8X / D16X Alarm System 3Dec 09, 2009 7:21 am Do you know which one it is? Ness D8X.... http://www.bosssecurity.com.au/index_files/Page528.htm Ness D16X.... http://www.bosssecurity.com.au/index_files/Page576.htm We had an older version of a Ness alarm in our previous house and no prob's over the time that we had it, no false alarms...the alarm would ring the mobile if it went off so I would have known.
