This is going to be the main issue. I had a conversation in passing with our sparky last week as he was adding a new smoke detector in. He said that the systems have changed so often recently that even our 10 year old original detector is no longer manufactured - so he had to change the old detector to ensure that it triggered together correctly with the new one. That's pure anecdotal evidence - someone else on here might know more about the topic. Just be careful with building stability during construction, that is when the structure may be weakened, refer to your engineering drawings for stability methodology. 1 7223 Can anyone recommend a good/affordable retaining wall and fence builder that I can get a quote from located in Sydney? 8 45795 Last year I had a gas leak at my house. 3 days later, I have about 1 sqm of my exposed aggregate paving broken up.
