Browse Forums Safer Living 1 May 25, 2007 12:54 am Hi everyone
I have always been sceptical about the claims about Safe Glass, and have never really thought about it until recently. My 3 year old neise was joyfully playing as normal at her kindergarden a few weeks ago, all was normal until the glass door she was playing next to in the class room was shattered by a teacher falling through it. As the glass broke, it showered my neise with glass, ofcourse everyone around was terrified and rushed to the safety of my neise. To everyones surprise, she was perfectly ok, and was even amused about all the fuss that was going on. The glass that showered her was no more than harmless beads. I strongly recommend to everyone with small children and doors with glass to replace them with doors that offer some sort of safe glass and also if possible, all windows also. I couldnt imagine what would have happened if the glass were regular glass in that door. I have recently become a sales representative for Doors Plus, and now more than ever truly believe in thier product. I just thought I would share my story, and hope it can help others with their safe living decisions. Regards Michael Doors Plus, No Fuss... Ed you're right! it's for your safety also. do not pay until you are satisfied with workmanship windows require flashing over the head archithrave and up under weatherboards 3 28257 Block of two storey townhouses requires painting on the roof. I have in my home and it makes a big difference minimising sound transfer. Insulation is pretty cheap and definitely worth it 2 6173 |
