I personally like it better. But this is an investment. So if I cannot get the price down is it worth paying extra for investment purposes Re: Which house design for investment? 3Mar 27, 2018 8:45 pm Obviously it makes sense to pay extra for few dozen extra meters of the house rather than the backyard space. Generally, alfresco is a good thing which increases the value of the property. From what I see, there are many other differences between those houses including the sizes of the bedrooms, different finishes, different orientation, etc. All those factors have to be considered together. Black on light wood does look good.
