However sq metres sell houses. Either way after just one year I can't see you making your money back. Using my LG-G4 to bring you this update. We are building in a very desirable area, one of the last blocks in a 5 year development surrounded by parks and with amazing views, there are now no more blocks left there at all. Our neighbour is a valuer and he is also building to sell and he is talking in the range of $30-$40,000 profit. His block is identical to ours and our houses will be very similar. We also have the figures from 3 houses in the next street over that were built as investments. They are on much smaller blocks and are pretty nasty looking but sold for crazy amounts. Of course the market could change but when we have real estate agents offering to buy the land should we decide to sell, we're hopeful this property will help us move higher up the property ladder, All sorted guys.
