Sorry maybe it's a silly question but it occupies my mind.
We re considering buying a house in Turramurra however I am a bit concerned about abundance of blue gum trees near a backyard , technically its outside the compound but branches are hanging above the area. How dangerous it is I know they tend to fall unless taken cared off. If we about to sell the property in the future wouldn't it affect the price? Maybe people tend to be put off from such property. I am just trying to understand how important is it having or not having these trees hanging over a backyard.
