I'm looking to build a freestanding amenities room. Traditionally, you'd have a pine stud frame clad with gyprock on the inside, fibre cement board on the outside, and insulation in between. Is there a modern prefabricated alternative? ie panels which are structural, offer good insulation, and are well priced?
