Have had a lot of clients lately coming through with what is possibly properties in NSW and Victoria walking away-because the numbers no longer work. And I think is possibly one way to make good money-buying someone else headache at a very discounted purchase price.
Have been lucky enough to get a few of these deals funded lately-makes a very nice Christmas for some!

Thanks. I called VBA today and they said it was a Consumer Affairs issue, the old handball. Seems like the government organisations don't want to do their job at the moment.

The fastest thing a builder will do is bank your cheque, those systems work perfectly with lightning speed, everything else is slow burn. Just the way it is.
