Browse Forums Owner Builder Forum 1 Nov 17, 2018 12:11 pm Hi Alll, Im tossing up whether to OB a new two storey house and am wondering if a Cert IV in building would be handy? I have had exposure to the construction industry (friends are carpenters, FIL builds) so Im under no allusion as to the steep learning curve / mistakes that will be made, but Im interested in the industry (and the potential cost savings would be a bonus)! Anyway - has anyone done a cert IV would prior experience, and was it useful?
