My experience buying windows in China

i am not going to take sides
and i know nothing about this company
but i will never buy anything from a company that does not have at least one unhappy customer
many years ago i dealt with a shocking company and tried to leave negative feedback
it could not be left, company would not allow it to be posted, even tried leaving 5 stars with my comments
there will always be one unhappy customer due to expectations or accidents in shipping

How did these arrive? As flat packs or assembled and how did you go about putting it in place?

It was all flat packed and arrived in perfect order. Been almost 4 years and nothing negative to report really.

I am looking at windows for a Brisbane small home extension project, and have one quote from China, a couple more to come.
Interestingly the quote for the cranks I want fitted to the casement and awning types, are Australian brand. Other comments on this manufacturer's range - no electric winders available for crank mechanism; they do not make double hung only single; they do not make thermal break frames or uPVC, and while not necessarily a deal breaker especially in Brisbane climate, such features might not break the bank!
No one seems to make casements with the old style friction stay hinges that allowed more than 90degrees of rotation. Yet the hinges are available and in stainless steel here in Aussie. Anyone know of a China manufacturer who produces such a product? Or even in Aussie?
