I am in middle of purchasing a unit registered in 11/10/17 in Toongabbie,NSW 2146.
I got strata report yesterday and when asker about warranty of the unit, the lady told me that all together the unit had 01 and said following
"The construction date would be 2017. There is only 12 months warranty on major construction issues for this complex. As I said though the builder still owns units so he maybe more than willing to fix things up should he told about them. At least until he has sold them all"
Need your feedback on this.
