Lol Just quickly, what did you need to have done to get the certificate of occupancy? lol god i remember moon boots i had a blue and white pr thought they were so cool omg how wrong could we be lol now as for occupancy unbelievably there isnt a real standard its basically up to the inspecter some want the house completed some are more lenient thankfully ours was lenient however we had to have roof, walls, plaster,plumbing, toilet ,floor, windows, doors and one internal tap we chose the bathtub, insulation, stairs outside and drainage. it was a rush to get it all done but we finally made it i stole the plasterers money too pay the plumber and will pay plasterer in a week or so lol stay safe happy building Re: 1st time ob what a ride 336Apr 08, 2011 10:36 pm Its looking great Shelley!
