Browse Forums Owner Builder Forum 1 Jan 28, 2018 7:59 am Above the garage opening there is a PFC 380 with a plate welded 200mm. (the brickwall is 230 on either side of the beam). Half the garage will have a single roof the other half brickwork going above to the second storey. Question brickwork on inside the beam does it need to be from the bottom or top of the beam? If bricked from above the beam there will only be 3 to 4 courses. Is that enough to hold the roof?
