Like ⋅ Add a comment ⋅ Pin to Ideaboard ⋅ Now the list is down to: finish nailing skirting boards and architraves on upstairs, finish tileing the upstairs toilet, finish off the walkin robe, finish the varandah and patio, install all the doors on the bedrooms and bar cupboards and install the bar benchtop Then upstairs is complete Downstairs needs to have the sheeting finished, suspended ceiling to be installed painting, kitchen and laundry cupboards finished, floor to be tiled (except study and theatre rooms that get carpet) skirting and architraves thru out. Then it's just the back patio and driveway to be concreted! and then finally it's relaxing time!!!!! Are we able to build a second story extension? Other info is we are 900mm from… 0 5821 We bought land in Tallawong Schofields NSW size 30m X 12.5m and planning to get double story house build around 350 sqm.
