Owner builder in different state?

Just wondering if it is possible to do a owner build in one state and another one say 2 years later?

We are currently in WA looking to do an owner build but there is a possibility that we maybe moving back to QLD in 2/3 years. If we wanted to do one there, would that be possible? I know there are certain time frames in each state before you can undertake another build but what about if you move states?
They’re all separate so the only thing needed is to do the ob course for each state. However a wrinkle in your cunning plan may be insurance if you don’t use the same one for each.
Thanks for that.

Would it be better to use the same insurer or different?
