I can see me needing plumber/eleco first thing because the services will probably need to go under the driveway for about 8m. How have you found tradies minding the time between their parts of the process? It'll be months and months while I slowly build everything. If That is the case your build will drag out & you might as well do some of the work yourself & Wait for things to settle on an even keel. A family member started renovations/extension 4 years ago and is finally finishing it now. An issue will be coordinating deliveries with tradies as one does not want materials left out in the open for an extended period of time. To overcome this I built a large shed first, so I was able to store materials protected from weather, damage or theft for an extended period of time.
I DIY built my own house with minimum help from tradies (except plumbing). I tried to get quotes from building trades with little success (note I built in a remote rural location) so I started building by myself. This was a slow process as I could only build on weekends, public holidays etc. The few tradies that I did secure, helped me only as a fill in job between their other full time work for builders. I also found that I could not get any local help until the grain harvesting season had finished as nearly everyone in the district were busy either harvesting, carting or grading the harvest. They will have a large window... in which to come do stuff as I keep plugging away. The only tight timeframe will be getting services to the house as soon as I get approval and before the driveway goes down. Always get multiple quotes, no matter how reasonable/cheap you think it is.
