Browse Forums Owner Builder Forum 1 Apr 10, 2017 4:40 pm Hi All, I'm building a new Reverse Brick Veneer home and wanted any recommendations of carpenters around the Inner Sydney area. Preferably someone that has experience in reverse brick veneer. It's a two storey home with concrete slab. Thanks in advance. Most people are turned off due to the additional costs involved in the brickwork,Steel columns, concrete beams, etc,etc OT Last project I saw reversed brick on firm foundations, was costly to engineer & build.. client abandoned the project just after engineering & costings. goodluck Designer,Engineer (Civil,Const & Envir),Builder,Concrete & Masonry Contract.Struct Repairs Looking to tile the facade pillars rather than rendering. Builder is quoting 2500$ laying cost for upto 10msq. The 2 pillars come to be 16msq. So laying costs are 5000$… 0 3978 Agree! Simon is one of the good honest ones. His opinions are valid and I can see that he treats his client well and updated. Iām pretty sure his last build broke… 7 20163 Really tight at the top of the stairs- how to get furniture into those rooms? Study books - does anyone really use them these days? Large storage closet would be more functional. 2 4664 |
