Can much money be saved compared to going with a project builder? Are there any examples or guides showing how much each step costs, and what needs to be done? If you intend to sub-contract most of the work, you will struggle to get prices as low as the volume builders get. Also you will be at the end of the queue when it comes to scheduling.
