Treated Timber or F8 Oregon for the same price. Only difference is that he said that F8 Oregon is easy to cut. Please advise. Treated timber will be termite resistant for your peace of mind and will be machine graded, giving a higher standard of quality. Treated pine is also easy to cut, and there is no need to reseal cut ends for indoor use. Stick with the most common framing material.
