Browse Forums Owner Builder Forum 1 Nov 05, 2015 10:48 am Hi There, I have just completed my OB and now having issues with my Brick retaining wall. Our garage wall is on the boundary, and we had to cut the land, as we are on the bottom lot of the road. We had a 600mm, core-filled retaining wall built on the boundary as the garage wall, and then the rest of the wall is a single skin brick wall. We put plastic down on the outside of the wall, as the wall was going up against the nighbours driveway we could not waterproof on the other side of the brick work. We also put an agi-pipe in at slab-level. I now have a problem that significant water is coming through when it rains. Does anyone have ideas on how to solve this issue?
