I would like to know some opinions on whether or not owner building would be cheaper for us considering we know a lot of the trades already? I owner built in Jimboomba Woods estate, and it is a very interesting way to build your new home. With your contacts, I'm pretty sure you could save quite a significant amount on your new home.
