So, I am intrigued with your battle getting the certificates. How was this resolved?

I bought these wood look tiles from CheapTilesOnline for around $30/m2, I have now got similar wood look tiles for all the upstairs rooms, including bathroom. Overall I am pleased with the build of this house that costs less than $80,000 in materials. I do watch Grand Designs, and the Aussie version is the best by far, and still do not envy any of the designs, nor their budgets. I do not know why the BMS failed. I have simply decided to run without a Battery Management System from now on. In fact I have been running the 24V system on the left (with the "legit" sticker) for some time with no BMS and with no problems. Lithium Iron Phosphate Batteries have become progressively cheaper and are now below $1000 for 10kwh. The 48v 5kw Inverter Charger is around $700 and at the moment I have only two solar panels in series going to each inverter. I also have another two 24v 5kwh systems for downstairs. The whole system should be legit as per AS 4509 but I have yet to read the standards.
