Lately there been a lots crack line exterior wall, balcony crack line gotten bigger, squeaky sound gotten worse as well. My main concern is our front door kinda jam/hard to close, the double door of cinema room couldn't keep close either, it's keep opening itself after we close it. I don't know what to do, my friend said there must be a foundation problem and need to get fix urgently otherwise our house may clapse I am by myself now so I just don't know what to do Should I contact Simond again and get them come out or should I get a professional come look at my house and get their report ready before contact Simond Who should I contact if that the way? Will it cost a lots? Please someone help me Re: Help please 2Apr 02, 2015 7:31 pm Best thing in the first place is contact the builder explaining in writing your concerns and giving them the chance to do something. The squeaky floor I don't think is so unusual, but obviously worth checking, I've heard of talc being used to stop squeak?
