Hi everyone, I am finding that tradies are not used to doing contracts. It seems, most work for builders, and are a bit unsure when it comes to filling them out. Does everyone use contracts for everything over $1000 ??
Cheers Alan

I've taken to doing this after a bit of a fiasco with a concreter. The only caveat is that you need to be sure of the specs of the job and list them in detail - because whatever you leave out will not be part of the "contract". If I were a "tradie" I would feel more comfortable taking on a job that was clearly described as well.
