I have recently started an owner build project.
It is a Complying Development and I am using a private certifier.
After spending some time inside the roof cavity of the house and realising I could utilise that space better, I have decided to do an attic conversion as well.
I have spoken with the certifier and shown him the amended plans and he said it all looks ok.
I am uncertain where to go from here. I can't find anything on the internet about owner build plan amendments.
Do I have to re-apply for my owner builder permit at NSW Fair Trading?
pay more to the long service levy?
re-do water authority checks etc?
Any advice from someone who has done it before would be appreciated.
thanks
Matt
