We would love to buy more acres in the future, I've had to scale back completely on the breeding side of things. What sort of riding did you do? I bet you miss it I had 2 horses and they consumed all of my time so 8 would be pretty full on. I mainly rode for leisure, trail riding and a bit of jumps too. It's my favourite past time and I am thinking next year hen my girl has started big school and has a routine I'll book her into pony club cause she loves horses too but has never been riding and I know with her loving he outdoors she will love pony club What did you breed? Or a better question what was the purposes of your horses you were/are breeding? I'm sure it will be great to be around the horses again I mainly do showing and dressage, so I have had everything from welshies and Warmbloods. All of mine ATM are either riding pony, welsh or TB. I've got 2 oldies, we got a mini pony for my son, and the others are all riding ponies I've bred (2 are foals I bred last year). I haven't ridden my own horses since I had Bub, but can start riding at least a few times a week once we move won't compete too much as we will concentrate on showing our dogs for a while. I need to remember I actually done have any furniture and need cash to buy that too GJ Gardner Modified Coolum 277 viewtopic.php?t=83643 Re: Acerage 1st time Building Southern Highlands *occ cert 330Aug 26, 2016 6:09 pm Big thumbs up on both of your splash backs! Love them I'm jelly of the horses...I had a quarter horse growing up and I loved him to bits. He was my first love. He became a giant dog in the end as I discovered boys etc and had no time to ride him but would hang out with him on the way to and from school as he was agisted in the paddock opposite school. All my friends used to hang out with him too. He hated men though. He'd bite buck and tread on their feet he had issues. But he was amazing with us girls. Worst day of my life when we said goodbye. Put the handles on the kitchen cupboards, siliconed where the floor meets the kitchen, puttied the holes in the skirting/architraves ready for reprinting, and painted the beading around the kitchen. Didn't get many photos but hope to get something before we move in when I've cleaned Like ⋅ Add a comment ⋅ Pin to Ideaboard ⋅ Build thread http://tinyurl.com/llgc7yk Re: Acerage 1st time Building Southern Highlands *occ cert 337Aug 29, 2016 3:40 pm Thank you we need to grab some more because we decided to use all handles instead of a mix of that and knobs I put the beading on today after painting it yesterday Like ⋅ Add a comment ⋅ Pin to Ideaboard ⋅ Build thread http://tinyurl.com/llgc7yk Re: Acerage 1st time Building Southern Highlands *occ cert 339Sep 02, 2016 9:02 pm Valuation was done this week, so hopefully we will get paid soon. I keep checking my bank account I've been madly packing, and filing paperwork we've amassed over the last year - amazing we thought we'd only have our stuff in storage for a few months at most and it's been a year. Can't wait to see what stuff we own again, going to start cleaning all our furniture and hopefully we can move in next weekend.
