Unfortunately it was not finished when we were told. When I came the day after it was to be complete, the roof trusses had not been properly secured to the house, stumps were still not right (there was still a jack under the house) and the new cyprus posts were hovering over air. They sent him back pretty quickly but it was another disconcerting moment. Work on the inside could get rolling. Makes you wonder ..this project started "early 2013", and 1.5 years later they are only getting the roof on. Now its 2.5 year later , and who would know if this ever got completed? Firstly, if your house is still under builder's warranty (10 years in Victoria) you should have no need to crawl into roof space but let the builder handle it, unless you… 3 5641 What size are the windows, double or single glazed, can I have a pic of the full windows inside & out?
