in the process of getting my head around owner building a custom designed (190 SQM site) 2 story, 3 bed, 3 bath home in Sydney. in terms of rough guestimates, would anyone like to go out on a limb and throw an opinion in on the likely costs of the following: 1. Slab 100 SQm on level site = $ 2. Plumbing including 3 bath, kitchen, laundry, rainwater, stormwater, outdoor taps, gas = $ 3. You need to insert the areas and then the rates are applied giving you a detailed cost for everything. Access is tight - essentially think of it as being a 5m wide semi - even though it's a freestanding house - about 600mm clearance on one side and a 1000mm easement on the other side.
