Just a quick question what is a fair price to pay for a private certifier in Sydney?
I need a price which includes the CC, the inspections during construction and the occupation certificate
Can someone recommend me some certifiers?

The price will depend a lot on how much work is involved and how big the job is.
Sydney's also a big place.
Being a bit more specific may help. I don't think you'll want a certifier who lives in Campbelltown doing your CC for a house in Palm Beach.
